| We invite you to come and enjoy our beautiful victorian home called CASTLE BY THE SEA. The house has 47 windows providing a view anywhere you look. There is a large deck extending from the front door to the back and has a grill for your enjoyment. It provides plenty of room for your entire family. The Castle has a large yard. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers lots of privacy. The house is located approximately 2 blocks from the ocean and an easy 5 minute walk. Don't forget to make time to enjoy the pool. The pool is shared by another property and never crowded. |

| You can sit in the large living room and watch TV or go to the den and enjoy quiet reading time. The kitchen is well stocked and has room for more than one cook. There is a large dining room off of the kitchen that will seat the whole family. |
| The Castle has 5 bedrooms, each with a TV. Two bedrooms have king beds, 2 have queens and one has a queen and 2 twins. The master bedroom has its own 12x24 balcony with a hot tub. There are 3 bathrooms. We provide the linens and bath towels. There is also a washer and drier for your convenience. |
